About Us
We are Tom and Jo Beth, founders and owners of The Lovemade Home and Josephine Thomas Home. We are a small, family owned business located in Missouri. We met in early 2014 and knew immediately we would make a great team, and by the fall of the same year had joined families. Tom is a veteran and was a full-time truck driver with a knack for tinkering. Jo Beth was a full-time, widowed mama of three with an eye for design. With combined passions, it wasn’t long before The Lovemade Home was born. Here we design beautiful tilt out trash cabinets and laundry hampers.
Despite having no formal training in carpentry or woodworking, in Tom’s free time he enjoyed the challenge of creating various furniture items and pieces of décor to fill his and his bride’s home together. And with a natural eye for interior style, Jo Beth had no shortage of furniture and decor ideas for Tom to bring to life.
As our home started to fill with the beautiful results of our teamwork, we soon realized we needed to share our creations with the world. And in 2016 The Lovemade Home opened its doors for business and in 2022 we opened Josephine Thomas Home.
We have always wanted to open a home decor business and had the name and the website on the back burner for many years while running The Lovemade Home. But in summer of 2022 we decided the time was right.
We are a true small business. We started our shop in a 6 foot section of our garage, then slowly took over the garage. We thought that was so exciting! Next we moved into a 3500 square foot cave (yes a real cave!) and now are blessed enough to have a building of our own!
Today, we are very proud to have built two businesses and had the opportunity to build for for over 8,000 happy customers across the continental US and Canada.

Giving Back:
We have pledged to donate to two causes very close to our hearts this year, Homes for Our Troops fund and lung cancer research. We feel so blessed to be able to do what we love, we want to give back so that others may have a better chance at life. We also donate to many animal rescue organizations!
