Collection: Painted Stove Covers

šŸ”²Ā BOX STYLE MEASURING GUIDE

To ensure the best fit for your stove cover (noodle board), it's important to understand how our dimensions work:

  • TheĀ listed measurementsĀ refer to theĀ inside dimensionsĀ of the cover—this is the total space the board encloses, think grates, vents, and stove top trim. These all need to fit inside the stove cover. This is less important if you have a glass cooktop since there are no grates to cover.

  • Ā Be sure you have 1/2 inch all the way around for the board to sit if you are purchasing a 4 sided box.

šŸ“Ā How to Measure for the Right Fit

  • Match theĀ inside dimensions of our coverĀ to theĀ dimensions of portion of your stovetop you want to cover.Ā If you are stuck between sizes, size up to the next size, provided your area can accommodate the larger size.

  • In other words: the area you want to cover must beĀ equal to or smaller than the inside of the board.

  • TheĀ outside of the coverĀ is where it will physically sit—so you’ll need to ensure there’s enough room.

šŸ“ŒĀ Clearance Requirements

If you're selecting aĀ full box-style cover:

  • Your stove will needĀ at least ½ inch of clearanceĀ at theĀ front and backĀ for the cover to rest securely.

  • TheĀ sidesĀ of the board also require ½ inch of support—this can be on the stove or overlapping onto the countertop.

  • The reason for this is that the material used is ½ inch thick, so it needs that amount of resting space on each edge.

āš ļøĀ Special Cases

  • If your stove has aĀ raised vent or control panel at the back, we recommend ourĀ 3-sided partial boardĀ to allow clearance without interfering with the vent.
